Model: H20 heavy truck
The project is divided into main welding line, side wall line, rear wall line, floor line, front wall line, top cover line, door line, exterior trim line, nut projection welding area, adjustment line and WBS conveying system. The body welding line can meet the flexible production of four platform series bodies. There are 13 robots in the overall project, 15 stations in the main welding line and 12 robots, all of which adopt robot automatic welding, and the main line conveying adopts reciprocating rod. Robot edging is adopted.
