Model: H153 heavy truck
The project is divided into main welding line, side wall line, rear wall line, floor line, front wall line, top cover line, door line, exterior trim line, nut projection welding area, adjustment line and WBS conveying system. The body welding line can meet the flexible production of four platform series bodies. There are 37 robots in the overall project, with 15 stations in the main welding line and 18 robots, all of which adopt robot automatic welding, and the main line conveying form adopts trolley + roller bed. There are 12 robots in the side wall. The qualified rate of the whole vehicle reaches 80 ~ 85%, which is highly recognized by customers.
