Project content: Se project starts to intervene in the manufacturing of production line, which is divided into main welding line, side wall line, rear wall line, floor line, front wall line, top cover line, door line and EMS conveying system. The body welding line can meet the flexible production of four platform series bodies. There are 18 robots in the overall project. There are 13 stations in the main welding line and 10 robots. Robot automatic welding is adopted locally. There are 4 robots for the floor line body and 4 robots for the side wall line body. The main line is transported by trolley, and the qualified rate of the whole vehicle reaches 91-93%, which is highly recognized by customers.
