Project content: divided into main welding line, side wall line, rear wall line, floor line, front wall line, top cover line, door cover robot-hem, split fixture and EMS conveying system. The body welding line can meet the flexible production of four platform series bodies. There are 30 robots in the overall project, 15 stations and 12 robots in the main welding line, and robot automatic welding is adopted locally. Others include 4 robots for floor line body, 8 robots for side wall line body, 6 robots for door cover robot-hem, etc. The main line is transported by trolley + roller bed, and the qualified rate of the whole vehicle reaches 89-93%, which is highly recognized by customers.
