Project content: divided into main welding line, side wall line, rear wall line, floor line, front wall line, top cover line, door line, split fixture and EMS spreader conveying system. The body welding line can meet the flexible production of four platform series bodies. There are 20 robots in the overall project, 16 stations in the main welding line, 8 robots, some of which adopt robot automatic welding, 4 robots for floor line body, 8 robots for side line body, etc. The main line is transported by trolley + roller bed, and the qualified rate of the whole vehicle reaches 89-93%, which is highly recognized by customers.
