Project content: from the early se project to the later planning and manufacturing of welding automation production line, Yuanchuang team is divided into main welding line, side wall line, rear wall line, floor line, front wall line, top cover line, door line and EMS sling conveying system. The body welding line can meet the flexible production of two platform series bodies. In the overall project, there are 8 robots, 12 stations in the main welding line, 8 robots for welding, and manual welding is adopted for floor line body and side wall line body. The main line is transported by trolley + roller bed, and the qualified rate of the whole vehicle reaches 89-93%, which is highly recognized by customers.
