There are 9 stations in the main line. The punching adopts online hydraulic punching and online correction. The main line conveying adopts pick-up mode. The main line repair welding station adopts 3 robots for repair welding, and the longitudinal beam repair welding station adopts 2 robots for repair welding. The qualified rate of the whole vehicle reaches 85 ~ 90%, which is highly recognized by customers.
