There are 9 stations in the main line. The punching adopts on-line hydraulic punching and on-line correction. The main line conveying adopts pick-up mode. The main line repair welding station adopts 10 robots for repair welding, and the longitudinal beam repair welding station adopts 6 robots for repair welding. The qualified rate of the whole vehicle reaches 90%, which is highly recognized by customers.
